Refund Policy

The following rules are applicable for the payment made to Apptech (https://apptech.co.in/) for various projects developed and maintained by this company.

1) Payments are received as per the work order of different segments:

New Project Development

Maintenance of existing project

Part modification of existing system

2) On Cancellation of a work order after 14 days of issuing it, no refund will be done.

3) However on cancellation of a work order within 14 days of issuing it, 90% of the amount shall be refunded.

4) Advance payment of 25% of total project charge is required as advance.

5) Refund may take upto 7 days from the date of cancellation of work order.

6) Refund shall be done in the mode of payment through which the amount was paid originally.
